Entry requirements
Applicants should have a first- or second-class UK honours degree or equivalent in a related discipline. This project would suit a student with a background in logistics and supply chain management, operations management, food systems or business management.
This three-year PhD studentship co-funded by Cranfield University and University of Reading aims to complement the work of the FoodSEqual consortium. The research will investigate UK food redistribution supply chains and identify ways by which supply chain management can help ensure better adherence to the food and drink waste hierarchy through optimised processes.
