To support the staff of our company school in Abuja/Nigeria, we are looking for full-time teachers (m/f/d) as:

• Elementary school teacher / deputy headmaster (m/f/d)
• English teacher (also music or sports) secondary school and primary school (m/f/d)
• Teacher Sec. I History, Geography, Biology (m/f/d)
• Special needs teacher (m/f/d)

Our company school with bilingual kindergarten, pre-school, primary school and secondary level I (currently grades 5-7) teaches from secondary level I differentiated according to school types (HS/RS/GY). It also offers an English stream based on the British National Curriculum for non-German speaking students.

What are your responsibilities?

• Subject teaching in the respective subject areas of elementary school or secondary school
• Takeover of class teacher business and corresponding work with parents
• Participation in shaping school life by taking on extracurricular tasks
• Teaching basic democratic values ​​and norms to intercultural students
• Development and implementation of pedagogical concepts

What are you bringing with you?

• 2. State examination or comparable, recognized qualification (teacher at secondary level I) or comparable qualifications from Austria and Switzerland
• Ability to work in a team, intercultural openness
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Experience with cooperative forms of learning in elementary school
• Experience in internal differentiation is an advantage
