Job Responsibilities
v Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
v Update job requirements, benefits and job descriptions for all positions.
v Establish, maintain and conduct staff recruiting and selection process.
v Implement appropriate communication tools and systems to ensure effective flow of information including employee opinion surveys.
v Maintain company handbooks and manuals.
v Train new hires on company policies.
v Manage employees data files & records.
v Track vacations and others.
v Collect and review time sheets and daily reports.
Job Requirements
v Graduate of a reputable University minimum of second class upper
v Minimum of 2 years experience.
v Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook), Networking Applications and web based applications.
v Resides around Lekki Ajah environment
v Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to influence all levels of the organization and multicultural/international environment.
v Relevant Industry Certifications required such as CIPM.
