Location: Ajah, Lagos
Responsibilities
v Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
v Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
v Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
v Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
v Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
v Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
v Talking staff through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
v Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults etc
Job Requirements
v Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field.
v 2 - 5 years relevant experience.
v Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
v Resides around Lekki-Ajah environment.
v Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
v An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
v An ability to prioritise and delegate.
v A keen eye for detail.
v Problem solving skill.
v Excellent customer service skills.
v Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
v Previous working experience in IT support.
