NoemDek is an EPC firm incorporated in Nigeria in 2012, to provide specialized services to the oil and gas, power generation, FMCGs etc. Our primary focus is to employ our specialized, technical expertise and motivate our team of professionals in contributing positively to the Nigerian petroleum and energy main industry in particular. We are a powerhouse of technology, creativity, and expertise.
Major Responsibilities
• Maintaining office IT infrastructure – networking, storage, internet, computer hardware, software installation etc.
• Setting up access cards, computers for new employees
• Provision of support in IT
• Provision of support in office administration
• Perform other duties as directed by the IT Analyst.
• Position Reports to: IT Analyst.
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Engineering, Computer science and/or equivalent in relevant field
• The ideal candidate should be a Pre-NYSC graduate or fresh out of camp
• Little or no experience is required, but you should be proficient with basic computer programs and willing to learn
• Little or no troubleshooting skills
• Little or no knowledge in installation and laptop maintenance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good technical writing/documentation skills
Soft Skills and Competencies:
• Ability to work harmoniously with other staff members.
• Service-oriented mind & attitude, and ability to diligently carry out instructions.
• Sense of professional discretion, integrity, and ability to manage situations diplomatically and to effective resolution.
