YOUR ROLE
§ Oversee all Facilities Management-related repairs within the plant for full functionality.
§ Maintenance of all company fleets, travel management desk, driver management and record keeping.
§ Handling all office tasks such as filing, generating reports (fuel & maintenance), setting up for meetings, and reordering office supplies.
§ Daily Canteen Management, Collation and preparation of canteen bi-weekly payment (Third party vendor management).
§ Download daily attendance report and share with HR and Head of Functions.
§ Coordinate and update quota position submission to Nigerian Immigration.
§ Support other business functions and as the job demands
YOUR SKILLS
§ Degree in Management, Estate Management, Business Administration or Engineering
§ 2 - 5 years work experience.
